"current Registrar" means the Registrar with whom a domain name is currently listed.

"requesting Registrar" means the Registrar to whom a domain name is being transferred.

"Registrant" means the person or entity that is requesting to transfer their domain name.

1. A Registrant will be prohibited from changing its Registrar during the first sixty (60) days after initial registration of the domain name with the Registrar. This means that at least sixty (60) days must have passed on your current registration term in order for you to transfer the Registrar for your domain name to our Registrar.

2. The registration fees paid to your current Registrar will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.

3. On behalf of our Registrar we will give Registrants who transfer their domains from another registrar credit for any time remaining on their original registration. This means that the remainder of existing registration term is transferred to the new registration for free. For example, If you have another 6 months remaining on your registration agreement with your current Registrar this is added to your new minimum twelve (12) registration to give you a total of 18 months registration.

4. There is no transfer fee.

5. The new registrant must enter into a new registration agreement with us for a minimum term of twelve (12) months and pay the relevant fee at the current rate.

6. Ownership, and name servers of the domain name(s) will appear as it does with your current Registrar. If you wish to modify this information, you may do so after the transfer. This is done in the Manage Domain(s) section.

  • Our Registrar will email the owner of the domain name to verify that the request is legitimate.

9. In those instances when the Registrar of record is being changed simultaneously with a Transfer of a domain name from one person to another, our Registrar must also obtain appropriate authorisation for the transfer. Authorisation shall include, but not be limited to, one of the following:
